    The part I ordered for my expresso make. Are unusable due to a chemical smell and taste. Tried to get a new one after using it once and washing it many times. Customer service told me I must return it to them to have the engineer check it out. After I paid for postage they rudely told me they never received it. Blamed it on me. I gave them the post office proof of them receiving it. Then they blamed the post office, saying they never received it.
    They do not stand by their products.
    Never, ever buy here
